Orders
Submitting checkout creates an order with us and places it on hold. An order is an offer to buy; it becomes binding once we confirm your bank transfer and move the order to processing. If an item sells out before we confirm payment, we will contact you and refund the transfer.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in NGN and include applicable taxes. Stock levels and prices are drawn live from our store and may change before you complete checkout. Where a listed price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment by bank transfer
We accept bank transfer only. Transfer the exact order total to the account shown at checkout and upload your receipt. We verify every transfer against our bank statement. Uploading a receipt does not by itself confirm payment.
Delivery
Delivery is not charged at a fixed rate. Calculated after checkout — we'll contact you with the delivery cost, as it varies by location and load size. Optionally you can select take to the park at checkout for a flat ₦500. Timelines start from payment confirmation and are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for giving a complete, reachable delivery address.
Returns and cancellations
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Orders can be cancelled while still on hold or processing.
